Delete Account

You can request permanent deletion of your BillGenerator account and all associated data using the form below. You do not need to be signed in.

What gets deleted

• Your account email, display name, and credit balance
• All bills you have saved on our servers
• Form drafts and resume-state tied to your account
• Referral codes generated for your account

What we keep, and why

We retain a minimal record of your payment transactions (payment IDs, dates, amounts) for 8 years as required by Indian tax and audit law under Section 36 of the CGST Act and Section 44AA of the Income Tax Act. This retained data is not linked to your account after deletion, only to the payment provider's reference IDs.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you submit once the deletion is complete. If you do not, write to support@billgenerator.ai.
